Malamutes and Other Pets in Need of their Forever Homes.
Tundra is now retired and is looking for her forever home
Lexus is now retired and is looking for her forever home
Tundra will be 9 years old on June 1st. She is a short-haired sable/white with a loving temperament. Tundra has an extraordinary temperament. VERY loving, vocal and energetic. She has been selective with the same-sex aggression so typical of Alaskan Malamutes, but gets along very well with males. She isn't fond of cats ...
Lexus (above) will be 8 years old June 20th. She is sable/white in color. VERY vocal and loving (caught here "woo-wooing"). Lexus "self-retired" ... has not whelped any puppies for 2 years. She gets along very well with male canines ... as with all Alaskan Malamutes, it is recommended that canine companions be of the opposite sex and similar "energy level". Lexus exhibits same-sex aggression towards female canines
All the animals on this page have been ok'd by their owners to be put on this page of my site
I am trying to help Mindy find one purebred papered Malamutes homes. Here is what she writes about him:
Please scroll down as his pics is below..:
Purebred Papered Alaskan Malamutes. The male is 7 years old, named Sadie's Town Crier; T.C. for short. He is white an black about 120 lbs. Sweet boy, but does not get along with other males, some females have been ok. He is house and leash trained, love to be outdoors, up to date vaccines and licenses. Part of the AKC, papers on blood lines all kinds of stuff. We adopted him from some people who had him since birth, not to sure why they had to find him new homes. We already had 3 pitbulls that I have had since they were born and when they met it wasnt good. Thats when we found out about TC's alfa male issues. He has even growled at dogs when they get near his food bowl. The pitbulls on the other hand got a real scare. One man who rescued a young female from this organization was very interested in TC, though he tried to mount the spayed female when we introduced them and she wasnt allowing that and he ripped her ear open! We dont know what else to do. We put him in the local shopper, but have been asking $ for them so we know they are at least going to a home that they will get fed. We have been feeding Purina one Lamb n rice, the maroon bag. .. Anyway, some people called on him but didnt want to pay so we didnt figure it would be a good enough home. We cant continue trying to keep the two breeds seperated, small half fenced yard, my female Pitbull just had a litter of 12 pups im going to need to find homes for. The mals dont get to go places with us much because TC fights the other dogs. Its just become to much, we love him, but cant struggle with these issues any longer. He is on his dog run or sleeping in a cramped laundry room the rest of the time. He deserve a good home with owners that have time, space, and no other dogs! honestly, He is a wonderful animal and we decided to take them in the first place because they were going to the pound and no animal deserves that. Please call if you can help us.
Thank you for your time,
