Waiting list: For those interested in one of my babies I am taking a $150 dollar deposit which will secure your spot on the waiting list. My puppies are sold on a first come first serve basis. the initial $150 that is put down on the pup for your spot on the waiting list will only be refunded if the dam does not take with the breeding. The total deposit is $300 however if you are interested and want a spot on the list I am taking $150 for your spot to be held. Once the puppies are born I will contact each person by email to let them know that the puppies have arrived. Once the pups are 2wks old, I will allow everyone to choose the pup they want according to how they are on the waiting list and at that time, I will then except the remaining $150 for the deposit which is non-refundable. I will give each person on the waiting list one week to get me the remaining $150. unless other arrangements have been made. If I have not recieved deposits in that week Oregon Malamutes reserves the right to sell the pup to the next potential puppy buyer, at that point no money will be refunded and the potential buyer agrees that all money then be lost.
However please note: Puppies are not chosen til they are 2wks so that I can make sure that each puppy gets a good healthy start and that all goes well with the litter. Oregon Malamutes reserves to have first pick from any litter.The deposit does go towards the total price of the puppy. Each deposit must be paid in the form of a Postal Money Order or Bank Cashiers Check. Once the money is recieved by Oregon Malamutes, all monies are non-refundable. Here at Oregon Malamutes I do not guarantee that a puppy will reach a given size, that its markings or color won't change to some degree as it matures, that it wont get hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia (or any other defects) at any point in his or her life, or that it will have the same temperament as its parents.. I just want you as a puppy buyer to be aware of these things.. However I do guarantee your puppy to be happy, and healthy when it leaves Oregon Malamutes premises
