OREGON MALAMUTES PUPPY SALES AGREEMENT
The agreement must be signed by both the seller and buyer of the Oregon Malamutes puppy. By signing the agreement both seller and buyer agrees and will abide
by all that the agreement states throughout the life of the below stated Malamute.

All monies must be received by Oregon's Malamutes by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age, unless otherwise discussed by the buyer and seller. If the full amount is not received by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age, the seller of Oregon Malamutes reserves the right to sell the puppy to another potential buyer. At this point the first potential buyer forfeits
all monies and no money will be refunded to the first potential buyer. All monies are non-refundable once a litter is born and deposit is put on the buyer's puppy of choice.
Puppies are chosen in the order Oregon Malamutes is contacted. The deposit is $300 and does go towards the total price of the puppy. Oregon Malamutes reserves the right to
have pick puppy out of any litter.

If the above said buyer moves he or she must notify Oregon Malamutes no later then 5 days of the move, giving the owner of Oregon Malamutes their new information.
The same applies if the owner of Oregon Malamutes moves.
The above said buyer and seller agrees to these terms.
This Alaskan malamute is sold as : (PLEASE NOTE, I DO NOT GIVE BREEDING RIGHTS TO JUST ANYONE, BUT I AM OPEN AND WILLING TO HELP PEOPLE OUT)

If the above said buyer is purchasing the pup with breeding rights the price is $2,200. If the above said buyer is purchasing the puppy with NO breeding rights the price is $1,200.
If other arrangements have been made the seller is to specify here and the buyer agrees by all that this agreement states:
Regardless if the pup is sold with full registry (breeding rights are given) or limited registry (NO breeding rights are given) the pup must be paid in full by the time he or she is 6 weeks of age.
If the above said Malamute is sold on limited registry (No Breeding rights are given) I am going to have my vet Spay or Neuter your pups when he or she is 8 to 12 weeks of age. If this can not be done, you as the buyer agrees and will have the Malamute wether male or female altered no later then 6 months of age. You must send the seller of the Malamute proof of the spay and neuter from your veterinarian. If proof of the spay or neuter is not recieved by the time the pup is 7 months, that he or she is altered, the seller of Oregon Malamute reserves the right to take the above said Malamute back. If this takes place all cost will be at the above said owners expenses and NO MONEY will be refunded to the above said new owner.
If the above said Malamute is sold on full registry (breeding rights are given) you as the buyer agrees to use your best judgement on the age you will breed your Malamute.
You agree to only breed to purebred quality registered Alaskan Malamutes. If the above said Malamute is female and sold with full registry, you as the buyer agrees to only breed her once per year. If the above said Malamute is male and sold with full registry you agree not to use him as stud more then 4 times in one year.
You as the buyer agrees to not use the malamute if male for stud no sooner then the age of nine months, and if female you agree to not breed no sooner then twelve months of age. If you obtain breeding rights from Oregon Malamutes you agree to only sell with limited registry from the above said Malamute. If you are inclind to sell with full registry from the above said Malamute you MUST contact Oregon Malamutes and we can discuss this matter.. I, the owner of Oregon Malamutes must approve to any full registry given from the above said Malamute.
NO MONIES WILL EVER BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON.
To The New Owner:
Oregon Malamutes does NOT guarantee puppies from any litter from health elements or issues not limited to (hip dysphasia, elbow dysphasia, OCD, etc.) The above puppy is being sold AS IS...
I do my best by breeding healthy dogs in mind, body and temperament. If I do use an outside male, I make sure he too is sound in mind, body and temperament. Hip problems and other defects are unpredictable in all large dogs, and any of them (regardless of breed) may begin to show some signs of difficulties as they get into their older years. It is a known fact that
genetics are not the only cause for hip problems or other defects. Food environment and activity also play a roll in these factors. It is well known and documented that there is still much
controversy about its mode of inheritance and effect that the environment has on certain defects. Therefore, I can not guarantee the puppy free of anything once it leaves Oregon Malamutes premises.
My guarantee is that the puppy you choose leaves Oregon Malamutes grounds healthy (there will be a clearance from my vet to prove this), happy and socialized.
*All health care from the time the Oregon Malamute puppy leaves Oregon Malamutes grounds will be in the above said buyers care starting the moment that this agreement is signed
and the puppy leaves Oregon Malamutes grounds.
*Oregon Malamutes can not and will not gaurentee that the pup will get a certain size, that his or her color and markings wont change to some degree as your Malamute matures.
Shipping:
Shipping cost is separate from the price of the puppy. No puppy will be shipped before he or she is 8 weeks No Exceptions!! If the above said puppy is to be shipped
this must be paid at the buyer's expense in the form of a money order.
The shipping cost will be on a case by case basis. I will call the airlines and get a quote at the time the puppy is going to be shipped out.
The shipping money includes shipping, crate, vet visit, and health certificate and my gas money to get to the airport.
Below I have placed a guesstimate price on the cost of the shipping items mentioned above.
These prices are subject to change, depending on what the certified veterinary charges me for these things. I just want you as the puppy buyer to get an idea what it will cost
Vet Visit and Health Certificate: $55-75
Crate: $45-$80 and more depending on the size of the puppy once her or she gets shipped out.
Shipping: Usually around $400 depending on the age and size of the puppy, however each shipping cost will be figured on a case by case basis. (This also includes my gas to get to the airport)
The New Owner's agree to the following:
*Rescue: I do NOT want any puppy that leaves Oregon Malamutes to ever go in shelter, rescue, puppy mills, pet stores or worse yet destroyed. If you can no longer keep your puppy Oregon Malamutes MUST be the first to know. Please get a hold of me first. Oregon Malamutes must get first right of refusal. If I can not take the above said Malamute back,
I will help in placing him or her in a new home.If the above said Malamute is sold on full registry and must be rehomed the owner on this sales agreement agrees to get the Malamute spayed or neutered, and agrees to pay for the alteration.
The above said buyer agrees to keep the above said Malamute in his or her care until a new home is found.
If the above said Malamute is to be placed in a new home, I must agree to the new owner and the new owner must sign a sales agreement from Oregon Malamutes.
It is the above said new owner's agreement that they will contact me before selling or placing the above Malamute in anyone else's care, for any reason.
* Have the above said Alaskan malamute be a part of his or her family. If you do not allow your pet inside, the above said Malamute must have shelter from all elements including (sun, snow, rain, etc.) Please make sure the above said malamute is given a dog house. If the Malamute is put on a chain please make sure the malamute does get exercise
and not kept on the chain at all times
* The new owner agrees to keep the above said Malamute from harms way such as other animals, traffic, etc. The above said owner has a yard for the above said Malamute.
The new owner agrees to not keep the Malamute on a chain or in a kennel for long periods of time.
* The above said owner agrees to give the above said Malamute ample food and fresh water at all times. Again the above said owner also agrees to give the Malamute a good quality puppy food for the first year of his or her life and after that will switch to a good quality adult food.
By signing below you as the new owner agree to all the terms and condition of this agreement.
