OREGON MALAMUTES LIMITED REGISTRY SALES AGREEMENT
Oregon Malamutes Guarantee and Agreement (Must be signed by both the seller of the puppy from Oregon Malamutes and the puppy buyer). As the buyer, upon signing the agreement you agree by everything it says and will do what is asked of you. If you do not agree to what the agreements states, please look else where for your Malamute.
This agreement is between Oregon Malamutes and the buyer of an Oregon Malamute pup.
The agreement must be signed by both parties upon receipt of the Malamute

All monies must be received by Oregon's Malamutes by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age, unless otherwise discussed by me. If the money is not received by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age, the seller of Oregon Malamutes reserves the right to sell the puppy to another potential buyer. At this point the first potential buyer forfeits all monies and no money will be refunded to the first potential buyer. All monies are non-refundable once a litter is born and deposit is put on the buyer's puppy of choice. Puppies are chosen in the order Oregon Malamutes is contacted. The deposit is $300 and does go towards the total price of the puppy. Oregon Malamutes reserves the right to have pick puppy out of any litter.

If the above said buyer moves he or she must notify Oregon Malamutes no later then 5 days of the move, giving the owner of Oregon Malamutes their new information. The same applies if the owner of Oregon Malamutes moves.
The above said buyer and seller agrees to these terms.
This Alaskan malamute is sold as:
A family companion on limited registration for the agreed price of $800
to be paid in full by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age.
NO MONIES WILL EVER BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON.
To The New Owner:
Oregon Malamutes does NOT guarantee puppies from any litter from health elements or issues not limited to (hip dysphasia, elbow dysphasia, OCD, etc.) The above puppy is being sold AS IS... I do my best by breeding healthy dogs in mind, body and temperament. If I do use an outside male, I make sure he too is sound in mind, body and temperament. Hip problems and other defects are unpredictable in all large dogs, and any of them (regardless of breed) may begin to show some signs of difficulties as they get into their older years. It is a known fact that genetics are not the only cause for hip problems or other defects. Food environment and activity also play a roll in these factors. It is well known and documented that there is still much controversy about its mode of inheritance and effect that the environment has on certain defects. Therefore, I can not guarantee the puppy free of anything once it leaves Oregon Malamutes premises. My guarantee is that the puppy you choose leaves Oregon Malamutes grounds healthy, happy and socialized.
*All health care from the time the Oregon Malamute puppy leaves Oregon Malamutes grounds will be in the above said buyers care starting the moment that this agreement is signed and the puppy leaves Oregon Malamutes grounds.
* I give the above said new owner 24 hours from the time of purchase to take the above stated Malamute puppy to his or her vet for their check up. I ask that the new owner agrees to send copies of the first vet visit to the owner of Oregon Malamutes so I can keep them on file by signing this agreement you agree to the terms on this agreement and agree to abide by them. If the above said puppy is deemed unhealthy on his or her first vet visit the above said owner has an additional 12 hours to contact Oregon Malamutes of these conditions. I must get a written statement from your vet stating the conditions of the pup. If all findings are deemed true the above said owner must send the puppy back to Oregon Malamutes at the above said new owners cost. Again No Monies will ever be refunded. Upon the next litter due from Oregon Malamutes, a replacement puppy will be available at no cost, except for all the shipping cost. If the above said owner refuses the replacement pup, this agreement is complete and no further actions will be applied.
Shipping:
Shipping cost is separate from the price of the puppy. No puppy will be shipped before he or she is 8 weeks No Exceptions!! If the above said puppy is to be shipped this must be paid at the buyer's expense in the form of a money order or western union. The shipping money must also be received by Oregon Malamutes by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age. The shipping cost will be on a case by case basis. I will call the airlines and get a quote at the time the puppy is going to be shipped out. The shipping money includes shipping, crate, vet visit, and health certificate and my gas money to get to the airport Below I have placed a guesstimate price on the cost of the shipping items mentioned above. These prices are subject to change, depending on what the certified veterinary charges me for these things. I just want you as the puppy buyer to get an idea what it will cost
Vet Visit and Health Certificate: $55-75
Crate: $45-$80 and more depending on the size of the puppy once her or she gets shipped out.
Shipping: Usually around $400 depending on the age and size of the puppy, however each shipping cost will be figured on a case by case basis. (This also includes my gas to get to the airport)

Limited Registry:
(again you as the puppy buyer agrees by what is stated on this agreement, I only want honest people buying my puppies that are willing to abide by what the agreement states). The above said Malamute is being sold with limited registry this means NO BREEDING RIGHTS ARE GRANTED. The above said Malamute must and will be spayed or neutered by the time he or she reaches 7months of age. If for some reason when the puppy is 7mo old or before and you as the puppy buyer decides you would like to breed we can discuss this matter. As mentioned before I do not give breeding rights to everyone, but I do give out breeding rights to selective individuals. As the puppy buyer if you do decide you want to breed I will need to see the dog either in person, or get full body picture shots from every view of the above said puppy so I can see if I, the breeder feel the above said puppy is of quality to use for breeding. At this point if I agree to this I will need the remaining $800 dollars before the AKC papers are switched to full registry. The above said Malamute must not be bred or used as a stud before I receive the remaining $800 and before the AKC papers are switched to full registry. I will then let the puppy go as full registered.
If you decide a pet is all you want then the above said Malamute must NEVER be bred to mixed breeds or purebreds or used as a stud dog on any mixed breeds or purebreds at any point in his or her life, A copy of the original spay and/or neuter certificate must be sent to Oregon Malamutes so I can keep them on record. (Please Note: You can still join in certain AKC events such as agility, backpacking, and weight pulling etc. when you have an altered dog). I, (the new owner's signature here): Agrees to have the above said puppy spayed or neutered no later then 7months of age. The above said puppy if male will NEVER be bred to any female whether purebred or mixed breed of any kind and if the above said puppy is female, she will NEVER have a litter. I the new owner signing above, states that I agree to these terms of this agreement.
If the above said Malamute is bred or used as a stud dog before to any purebred or mixed breed dog, I either get a chance to change the registration or before the Malamute is spayed or neutered the above said buyer is liable for paying for any and all court fees for not keeping to our agreement. The above said buyer also agrees to reimburse Oregon Malamutes the total of $2000.00 on top of paying for all and any court fees. The above said owner also agrees to have the above said Malamute altered, if this agreement is not kept. .
The New Owner's agree to the following:
*Rescue: I do NOT want any puppy that leaves Oregon Malamutes to ever go in shelter, rescue, puppy mills, pet stores or worse yet destroyed. If you can no longer keep your puppy Oregon Malamutes MUST be the first to know. Please get a hold of me first. Oregon Malamutes must get first right of refusal. If I can not take the above said Malamute back, I will help in placing him or her in a new home. The above said buyer agrees to keep the above said Malamute in his or her care until a new home is found. If the above said Malamute is to be placed in a new home, I must agree to the new owner and the new owner will then agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. It is the above said new owner's agreement that they will contact me before selling or placing the above Malamute in anyone else's care.
* Have the above said Alaskan malamute be a part of his or her family. If you do not allow your pet inside, the above said Malamute must have shelter from all elements including (sun, snow, rain, etc.) Please make sure the above said malamute is given a dog house. If the Malamute is put on a chain please make sure the malamute does get exercise and not kept on the chain at all times. .
* The new owner agrees to keep the above said Malamute from harms way such as other animals, traffic, etc. The above said owner has a yard for the above said Malamute. The new owner agrees to not keep the Malamute on a chain or in a kennel for long periods of time.
* The above said owner agrees to give the above said Malamute ample food and fresh water at all times. Again the above said owner also agrees to give the Malamute a good quality puppy food for the first year of his or her life and after that will switch to a good quality adult food.
By signing this agreement… both parties agree to the Terms herein and the Understanding between the Parties herein. Should it become necessary to seek legal action against the above said puppy buyer agreeing to this Agreement; the above said puppy buyer shall be responsible for any and all Legal fees, Court and or Attorney fees. The above stated puppy buyer(s) agree that should there be a disagreement with any, or this entire Agreement; it must be brought before a Court of Law if this agreement is not followed as signed on this date______________________________________________. If any changes are to be made to this Agreement at any time; they must be in writing by Oregon Malamutes Owner and signed by both Parties otherwise it shall be Null and Void, (if this takes place, the original agreement that was signed at that time will stay in effect.) No other Agreement either written or implied shall be Valid if this does not occur within ten (10) days of any changes to be made. Oregon Malamutes reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at anytime, and should there be any changes. Oregon Malamutes will amend its agreement in writing and it shall be signed by the above said puppy buyer(s) within the Agreement to make the Agreement Legal and Binding. Without Oregon Malamutes making said changes, all terms herein are the Original Agreement and so shall remain in effect throughout the life of the above said puppy. By signing this Agreement with Oregon Malamutes you are agreeing to all terms written herein; and are agreeing to pay all Legal fees should there ever be a need to take this to Court.
